Donations
Danny’s Family Car Wash believes we are only as strong as the community we live in.
Danny’s Family Car Wash receives numerous requests from deserving non-profit organizations and local schools. In order for us to better manage these requests we have put together some basic procedures to streamline the process.
In order to be eligible for donations from Danny’s Family Companies, we limit our contributions to 501(c)(3) organizations and local schools.
Types of requests typically eligible for contribution:
- Raffles Items
- Silent Auction
- Gift Bags – Organizations looking for coupons only are not required to be a 501(c)(3) to submit a request
Requests typically not considered for a contribution:
- Personal assistance for individuals
- Religious or political causes
- National programs that do not have a local or regional chapter
- Generic mail solicitations
If you feel your request follows the guidelines,
please submit your request with the following information on your organization’s letterhead to:
Danny’s Family Companies Donation Requests 15880 N. Greenway Hayden Loop Suite 160 Scottsdale, AZ 85260- REQUEST: Write a brief description of the request. Please explain whether the request is a new project, an ongoing program, or general operations funding. Who benefits from the program? Please describe your specific donation request. Is your request a monetary contribution or a service/product request?
- SCHEDULE: Please include deadlines for your program and dates in which final donations need to be made by.
- ORGANIZATION: Please provide the organization’s name, address, phone and fax numbers. Also include the organization’s mission statement or purpose in our local community. To document nonprofit status, please enclose a copy of the organization’s most recent IRS tax-exempt Form 990, including state supplement, if applicable and/or 501c3-tax status.
Please include any additional information that would help Danny’s Family Companies to better understand your organization.
